Service Description
ParksKitchen's annual Kimchi workshop is here(finally)!! Since 2007 I've been hosting the Annual Kimchi Workshop and it remains my most popular class. KimJang is a traditional Korean event in which Kimchi is prepared for Um-dong (the coldest 3-4 months of winter). I carry my family recipe and all about the tradition from my mother, who managed a restaurant in our hometown of Seoul, Korea. Please join me for this truly rare and unique experience that is only once per year. We will enjoy some Kimchi, Bossam (boiled pork), Deonjang (Korean Miso), Guk (soup) together with my favorite two types of Makgeolli -- and you'll get to bring home your own, homemade batch of ParksKitchen Kimchi. And this year, I will give you more Kimchi to bring home. 😀 This class is for who... 1. Wants to learn how to make AUTHENTIC Kimchi (No sugar, no MSG with the Park's old family recipe). 2. Wants to taste what home made Kimchi like and bring a big jar home. 3. Wants to fully experience Kimjang day (Kimchi making day/ceremony in Korea). Don't miss this year again. 😆 See you soon. If for some reason you cannot attend the class you booked, please feel free to cancel by emailing info@parkskitchen.com at least 72 hours in advance. If you let us know well in advance, we will provide you with a class credit but unfortunately, cancellations made within 72 hours will not be refunded.
