KimJang is a traditional Korean event in which Kimchi is prepared for Um-dong (the coldest 3-4 months of winter).

I learned to make Kimchi from my mother, who managed a restaurant in our hometown of Seoul, Korea and I'm excited to share her delicious recipe and this tradition with you.  Kimchi class is one of the most popular classes I teach and truly a rare and unique experience.
