Calling all tofu lovers! ParksKitchen and Joodooboo have teamed up for a special spring-themed cooking class that's sure to be a delight. What's included? Learn the art of making organic, stone-ground tofu from Steve, owner and chef of Joodooboo, a renowned Oakland restaurant known for its pillowy dooboo (tofu) and seasonal Korean-Californian banchan. Jiyoung, founder of ParksKitchen (the only place you can learn authentic Korean cooking in San Francisco) will teach you to create three delicious Korean dishes featuring the fresh tofu. This is a unique and one-time collaboration, so don't miss out!(Vegetarians are welcome! We will accommodate the meat dishes for them)

If for some reason you cannot attend the class you booked, please feel free to cancel by emailing at least 72 hours in advance. If you let us know well in advance, we will provide you with a class credit but unfortunately, cancellations made within 72 hours will not be refunded.
