Calling All Seafood Lovers! Dive into Korean Cuisine! I'm thrilled to announce the upcoming cooking classes (last ones before my long summer break), specially designed for seafood enthusiasts! In each class, you won't just learn one dish – you'll master three incredible Korean seafood classics that are sure to transport your taste buds straight to the coasts of Korea! Here's your chance to learn how to make: Ganjang-Gyejang (Soy-Marinated Raw Crab): A true delicacy that's both unique and incredibly flavorful. Learn the art of preparing raw crab marinated in a special savory soy-based brine, it's perfect pairing with rice. Haemul-Pajeon (Seafood Scallion Pancake): A one of the most popular dishes at ParksKitchen and delicious savory pancake loaded with a delightful mix of seafood and crisp green onions, pan-fried to golden perfection. Haemul-tang (Spicy Seafood Stew): Warm your soul with this hearty and robust stew. You'll learn how to create a rich, spicy broth brimming with a variety of seafood. If for some reason you cannot attend the class you booked, please feel free to cancel by emailing info@parkskitchen.com at least 72 hours in advance. If you let us know well in advance, we will provide you with a class credit but unfortunately, cancellations made within 72 hours will not be refunded.
