You’re Invited: The Ultimate 'Bunsik Party' Cooking Class! Hi everyone, Are you ready to master the art of Korean soul food? I am thrilled to invite you to this upcoming cooking class series: 'Bunsik Party'! "Bunsik" represents the vibrant, comforting, and nostalgic street food culture of Korea. In this class, I will teach you four of my favorite Bunsik dishes that I grew up with. Please join with your kids, family and friends!! *The Menu I have curated my favorite Bunsik menus from my childhood, a menu that perfectly balances spicy, savory, and warm flavors: 1. Mugeunji Tuna Namul Kimbap: A sophisticated take on kimbap using aged kimchi (mugeunji) and rice cooked with dried vegetables (namul) for a deep, crunchy, and savory bite. 2. Signature Tteokbokki: I have been cooking Tteokboki since 8years old and this is my favorite recipe. Learn the secret "golden ratio" for the perfect spicy and slightly sweet rice cake sauce. 3. Spicy Stir-fried Sundae: A fragrant and bold dish featuring Korean blood sausage tossed with perilla leaves and fresh vegetables. My hometown in Seoul is famous with this dish. You will learn this dish from the best. ;) 4. Warm Janchi-guksu: A comforting "banquet noodle" soup with a light, clear broth—the perfect soothing finish to our flavorful feast. We will use this colorful noodles from Grand Noodle in Korea. And all paired with Korean premium soju, Hwayo and a seasonal cocktail!

If for some reason you cannot attend the class you booked, please feel free to cancel by emailing info@parkskitchen.com at least 72 hours in advance. If you let us know well in advance, we will provide you with a class credit but unfortunately, cancellations made within 72 hours will not be refunded.
