ParksKitchen's annual Kimchi workshop is here! Since 2007 I've been hosting the Annual Kimchi Workshop and it remains my most popular class. I'm excited to share my family's delicious recipe with you all. I learned it and all about the tradition from my mother, who managed a restaurant in our hometown of Seoul, Korea. Please join me for this truly rare and unique experience that is only once per year. We will enjoy the fresh Kimchi, Bossam (boiled pork), Deonjang Guk (Korean Miso soup) together and Makgeolli (rice wine) -- and you'll get to bring home your own, homemade big batch of ParksKitchen Kimchi! ⚠️🫰 This year, you will be able to buy Kimchi for the first time on site if you want to have more Kimchi for you or your family and friends. I've never sold additional batches of Kimchi but so many of you kept asking. Only those who attend this Kimchi making workshop will be able to buy on site. See you soon. JiYoung

Cancellation Policy
If for some reason you cannot attend the class you booked, please feel free to cancel by emailing info@parkskitchen.com at least 72 hours in advance. If you let us know well in advance, we will provide you with a class credit but unfortunately, cancellations made within 72 hours will not be refunded.
